Dining supervision during open hours of restaurant

At Charlestown each dining room (we have 5) manager, assistant manager or supervisor is on site during the meal time. The Director and Assistant Director are not working then. Charlestown serves 3,000 meals per day in all levels of care.

Do your dining supervisors/restaurant managers work weekends and evenings or do they go home before dinner service is completed?
