Does your CCRC have a directory of the residents with pictures and contact information? Who updates it? How often does a new version come out?

Yes, we have one online on our internal website (Touchtown). It is updated by staff pretty quickly when things change

Yes, we have one on our internal website called The Portal. It has all kinds of information for residents and staff. It is updated by staff daily.

We have a digital directory on our Touchtown portal. Very few people have added photos. A printed directory is available on request every quarter with apt number, phone and emails.

At La Vida Llena in Albuquerque we have a paper notebook at the Life Enrichment Services office with a single page form filled out by each resident. A picture can be included, but is optional.

There is also a digital directory with apartment number and internal phone number. I am not certain who maintains the digital directory, but think it is staff.
